Come enjoy Olive Branch Wellness' Sound Bath offering to release tension, bring your mind and body into harmony, and open space for fresh beginnings as you move into a new school year. First time with a sound bath? Wear comfortable clothes, you'll be laying down and closing your eyes to hear and feel the sound as it calms your body to open new possibilities for the upcoming year. A family can fill the space or make it a special experience between a parent, grandparent, aunt, uncle and a child. You simply need to come with an elementary, middle school or high school student. The sound bath will last about 30 minutes, during this time each person needs to be able to be reasonably still and quiet. An occasional snore does occur.
